The price includes breakfast, not many do in London. It was close to Finchly station (don't get off tube at Swiss Cottage as we did)! Clean and modern. Cinema/shops/Wetherspoon opposite. I liked everything about this hotel,staff amazing,location great ,no single item I wouldn't like. All the employees are doing excellent job and I wish all the hotels were like this one. Made to feel very welcome from the moment I went to Reception, and nothing was any bother for the staff to help with anything. Top Class and very friendly staff.

Reception/barman ringing room 20 minutes after we'd left the bar (luckily hadn't fallen asleep yet). Nothing to say, exceptmy stay at the Hotel was verry nice. hotel situated on a busy road, traffic could be heard so had to keep window shut all night, however the room did have air con. didnt put me off booking another night though. Our room was on the road side of the building and traffic noise was VERY bad ALL night. Comfortable bed but sleep hard to come by. Whilst we would recommend the hotel to others this would only be with a guarantee of a room away from the traffic noise. A little uncomfortable hard bed - but still ok. nothing. sound from cars passing by was not blocked by windows. Pillows very lumpy and even soft pillows far too firm. Room not serviced on Sunday as staff only work until 3pm. None. Breakfast a little hectic had to wait for cups both days. Paying £20 to park my car and not really any space, I was asked to put my car in a space that my car was never going to fit. I had to reverse from the car park as I couldn't turn my car around, I'm glad I booked a space although the website said ample parking which is untrue. I'm not likely to stay here again for this reason. Uncredibly small bed for two (I am almost sure that it was not more than 150 x 200, enough for one person, but unacceptable for matrimonial bed), nights were constant struggle for space. The staff reacted to my complaints only with smile and some sounds... The price definitely is too high for this hotel.
