  The staff was very friendly and polite. We had such a warm welcome. We could leave our luggage even though we could not check in untill 2. Also when we had already checked out in the morning we were allowed to take our lunch in the garden and pick up our luggage in the evening. The facilities are great. I do the same job so I know what is expected.The Arran Hotel is a small place but has a great heart. Breakfast was tasty and grand. The bathroom/ rooms were very clean. I found the hotel to be in a great location. A great recommendation.

  Room was lovely and clean, a bit on the small side, but that wasn't a problem. We ate in the ajoining chinese restaurant and the food was exellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, both in the hotel and restaurant.   The staff was very nice. From the email I had sent before requesting a quiet room with the wifi (was in London for an exam) to the minute I arrived. Arran (I think that was his name) was so friendly and nice. The room was a double bed, it wa a small room. But I've stayed in a few London hotels and that's the normal. The bed was actually super com... what people say » fortable and the pillows were lovely! I'm not sure we're they memory foam but they were very comfortable. The shower was lovely with loads of hot wate - The location is very strategic and highly accessible to anywhere, everywhere via the Underground Tube which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also couple of restaurants between the tube and the hotel which we could catch a bite or have our meals while on the way back to the hotel. The hotel room is cosy and clean. Breakfast was good with a fairly reasonable spread of food. The staffs were great and makes me feel at ease, as if I was at home. Highly recommended :)

Makes other hotels look cheap and shabby by comparison. And all for £75 for the night. Unbelievable value. You go to a hotel to sleep, not lo - Everything about the apartment is perfect. They provide everything a home away from home need for. The location is walking distance from Victoria Station and very convenient. Being a Muslim, we were happy to find an Asian store in Upper Tachbrook that sells halal meat and other Asian sundries. A Tesco outlet is just 3 doors away from the Asian store and this has given us an advantage of cooking in the evening.
