For London city centre room was spacious and bright. Less of a corporate hotel feel than most. Actually.. not going to rave about this place at all cos it's very small and I want to stay there again when I go back - it's going to be MY secret hehe!!!. The staff were really helpful, I also left something behind in my room and they were very prompt in finding it and getting it back to me.

The location was great. The furnish was fantastic. It even had a light switch which dimmed the lights so you could make the room a bit more romantic. Very modern, it was well priced and everything in the room worked.The room was modern, well equipped, clean and quiet. The location is great, will come back and recommend it to friends. Well equipped and generally comfortable. location and facilities. Good located near Baker Street the suites have everything you need to enjoy your trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean, not very noisy (even though we had an apartment towards the street) and simple but modern furnished. I went with my girlfriend and we both loved the kitchen which was hidden within a cupboard so we didnt have to see all the washing up etc, which just helped us unwind a little. We also thought the blue lighting in the bathroom added something special.Nice, simple, clean room. Good value for money. Thr room was nice and worm and very clen. The room was very clean and modern. The location.The room layout was superb for one nights stay, compared too some I have stayed at. That I had a room with facilities which wasn´t to tourist like.Clean room, friendly staff at check in. It was strange that the beddroom was at the front close to traffic noise and the kitchen at the rear.Good location. Once or twice the changed sheets were a bit stale smelling from the wash. Also, some small handles on mirrored doors were cracking the glass, this should be easily fixed by now, simple D.I.Y. It could be harmful.only problem (if one has luggage to carry) is pickup of key not on same location. The only thing I would say is there is a little bit of damp on the ceiling. It was tiny but noticeable and didnt really effect us but should still be sorted out. The bathroom was small if you're a big person so I suggest asking for a room with an adequate size bathroom if you're a bit on the heavy size.There was no light switch to turn of the light near the bed. You had to cross the street to get the keys of the room at another hotel. The apartment was quite some way (circa 400 metres) from the reception where the keys are held.very hot in room ,noisy outside but to be expected. The noise of the traffic outside. My usual problem with these apartments - no bedside light or light switch. This is the 21st century: I shouldn't have to pack a torch to light my way to bed!!!. lots of noise heard from other guests, particulalry as wooden floors transmit sound! I had an important exam the next day and didn't get much sleep!. Having to check in at a different location was ok, but I only really found out I had to do that while reading people's reviews on this website. It could be made clearer that this is the case on the booking confirmation. v small bathroom , thin walls - loud creaking on stairs& nearby rooms from inconsiderate guests which was annoying late at night . . Futon-style bed was very difficult to get on and off (for a middle aged couple). Made it difficult to sit on bed to watch TV etc. Noisy street (earplugs helped). Flat would have been better if bedroom was at the back, and kitchen/living space was at the front, with TV in living space. Having requested ground or first floor accommodation due to my impending prostate operation, had the operation not been delayed, I would have been unable to use this accommodation as I had to climb 50 plus steps to it as there was no lift. No advice re my request was offered prior to confirmation of booking which, had the operation gone ahead, the accommodation would have proved to be a disaster and indeed a non-starter.Very small shower and bathroom ..... being up 51 stairs ... but neither of these was a major problem. Very noisy - street noise and a rogue smoke alarm that kept beeping. The staff would not make up the extra bed on the first night, and when I requested that it be done refused to believe that I had requested the extra bed. The front desk staff have not got a customer friendly attitude. The washing machine and tumble drier were out of order. Our door shook all day and night, it was at times very irritating. There was also a light on for some of the night outside our window.Communal areas are tired and a little dated. . The T.v has two imiges and hard to watch. Very noisy - not traffic, guests. The noise from the road because the windows are not double glazed.Bathroom was a little small but it served it purpose and is fine for a few days stay. The bed was way to hard to sleep in and they failed to inform me that I was to pick up the key at another hotel. This was my second stay, and this room was not as good as the previous one. Firstly, no bedside light and no switch by the bed for the main light. Good job I had a torch. No thermostats on the radiators, so 30 degrees if they were on. One was jammed on until I used a fork as a spanner. TV not set up properly.Double bed in single bed space. No bedside light. Fancy shower but nowhere to put the soap!. Very noisy street and they haven't changed the windows when they refurbished, so very noisy for the rooms on the street. One bedroom apartment located in basement is not to accept! It's veryacustic, has low ceiling and no day light at all. I believe youshould include info about it on yoursite and charge lower price thanfor "normal" one bedroom flat. I've spent one night there anddemanded change. This is a studio flat. The walls are very thin andthroughout our stay we not only heard the street noise (no double glazing and Gloucester Place is a busy throughy road), we also heard continuous partying on Saturday night until 5 a.m.The bed whilst it was made I believe had not been changed from the previous occupants as there was hair in the bed. I also provisionally booked a room for the saturday and agreed with the receptionist that I would pay a deposit on my my departure. unfortunately when I went to pay the room had been booked so I was very disappointed to have been told it had been reserved for me. Room facing the street was extremely noisy ... day and night!. The fact that the reception was 1/2 mile walk from the apartment. We had a room in the basement. It was really noisy. The view we had was very special. On one side we could look directly into another room and on the other side, we had a view onto the garbage area.Noise from traffic along main road / poor noise insulation between rooms. No tea/coffee facilities - had to find shop!. Having to pick up the keys from another property a mile away when you have heavy bags is really stupid, especially when the map on the site doesn't show you where the pickup for the keys is. This will stop me staying again unless it is a long stay. Not being given an invoice at time of check-in, being told I'd receive it via email next day and still waiting 4 days later. Breakfast and tea/coffee making facilities not in the room.
