  We were very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is very new, and running smoothly. Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab.
