  It was really very pleasant experience in the Euro Hostel. All Staff are very much co-operative. I attended the conference in the SECC,Glasgow.SECC is walking distance from the Euro Hostel. Altogether It is an excellent hostel to stay in the Glasgow. I am really very much thankful to all the staff members of the Euro hostel for their kind support ... what people say » . - Busy, but no rowdism. Room very spacious. Ready on arrival.   The location of the apartment is excellent with Fantastic City views. I particularly liked the friendly welcome by Gerry. Spotless cleaning of bedrooms, Kitchen and bathrooms. Even toilet rolls were a expensive brand! I have stayed in hotels and apartments all around globe but attention to detail in this apartment really makes you feel as you are ... what people say » at home. - Very spacious apartment, good location. But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.

The owner 'james' he has a good attitude ,he sent me an e-mail and didn't read it cuz I was in the train and there is no network about the chick in process , and when I just arrived the apartment no body there, imme... what people say » diately I called him within just five minute his lovely assistance 'kathren' came , she was very helpful and nice person. - Good decor, well maintained & equiped. The kitchen had washing machine, dishwasher, enough crockery, cutlery, utensils for 4 people (including choping board, cloths, cleaning products etc..). Very secure building/entry & free private parking. Free wi-fi. Great views of the city/river all lit up at night. Very warm welcome, helpful and personal attention.

  When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival.   First of all, I would like to say that I definitely would stay at the Glasgow Grand Central Hotel when I return to this wonderful city…especially since I travel by train. How convenient…the hotel is attached to the station. The history of this property is wonderful to read. I was impressed that Gene Kelly, Nat King Cole, Jimmy Durante, Roy Rogers ... what people say » and would you believe that Trigger even stayed in the hotel. Yes, presidents, princesses and the elite of the world…slept here. I would to thank Laura - This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed
