  After reading some reviews I was a little worried about staying here but please don't let the bad reviews put you off. My stay was wonderful. Easy to find, the receptionist who greeted us was polite, and helped us pay for our parking. The place was very clean, and it was obvious they'd cleaned the room and changed the beds in prep for our stay. Br... what people say » eakfast was basic but tasty. The hotel itself was very quiet, and I didn't expect it to be as there was a lot of football fans staying at the same tim - Comfortable warm room,good clean on suite facilities.I didn't try the breakfast which was included so can't comment on that ,the lady who checked me in told me where to park ,gave me a large map and gave me good directions to where i was heading !.

The hotel was quiet and despite being close to Sauchiehall Street, was not bothered by any street noise. Breakfast was just right, not too much, not too small, and with quick and efficient service.   Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. Lovely quirky building. The staff and the owner were extremely helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They accommodated us with a vegan breakfast and helped to organise the parking even after we checked out. We will definitely be back and we warmly recommend the hotel to anyone ... what people say » wanting to spend some time in Glasgow. Many thanks for making our stay so pleasant! - The friendly and helpful staff. We were at the cafeteria 45mins before it opens and the staff told us that she couldn't have the cooked food ready for us. Despite that, she tried her best to provide us as much free flow of food (cereal, milk, juice, coffee, toast) as we can get for our breakfast. The receptionist was also helpful to initiate to show us the directions to train station.

  I booked this hotel as I was arriving late by train into Glasgow and getting a very early train the next day, so wanted something inexpensive in a central location. I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and helpful the member of staff on reception was, he give me advice about getting a late meal/take away from nearby Sauchiehall Street, and a... what people say » rranged an early breakfast for me at 6 am the next day ( which he served to me himself!) and even printed me a walking map to the station. Excellent - All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Atmosphere very welcoming. Hot water available all the time, fresh towels daily and room cleaned thoroughly. Super breakfast. Internet access, couldn't have asked for more, really enjoyed our stay.
