It was really very pleasant experience in the Euro Hostel. All Staff are very much co-operative. I attended the conference in the SECC,Glasgow.SECC is walking distance from the Euro Hostel. Very spacious apartment, good location. But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.

The apartments were excellent, centrally located, nice big rooms with en-suite, central heating. Would be excelent for a weekend self-catering break as full kitchen facilities!! Good decor, well maintained & equiped. The kitchen had washing machine, dishwasher, enough crockery, cutlery, utensils for 4 people (including choping board, cloths, cleaning products etc..). Very secure building/entry & free private parking. Free wi-fi.
Great views of the city/river all lit up at night. Very warm welcome, helpful and personal attention.

When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. All staff were friendly and very helpful. - Rooms very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Loved that breakfast was served from 6am until 11

Found hotel easy to find even though it was my first time in glasgow.

Glasgow Grand Central Hotel when I return to this wonderful
city…especially since I travel by train. How convenient…the hotel is
attached to the station. The history of this property is wonderful to

This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed
