  Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube.   After reading reviews I was nervous, so knowing that we would be arriving after 10pm I emailed ahead to ensure our room would be kept for us. I received a prompt reply and was assured it would be. I booked this for myself, mother and bridesmaids as we were traveling from Northern Ireland over for dresses for the BM's. On arrival we were checked in... what people say » without issue and escorted to our room. We had a Luxury Suite sleeping 4. The sofa was already set up as the second bed and everywhere was clean and - We chose this area because of its close proximity to a relative's home but any traveller would find the nearby Tube very handy. For us, being able to park was a real bonus. The rooms were warm and clean and the basic cooking facilities were adequate for our breakfast needs. Not an apartment in which you would want to spend most of your time but representing good value and for drivers the free parking is a blessing.

  This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. Newly refurbished we booked a small room but beleive me is big enough and has a clever boat like seating area with a desk and all plugs you can need.   This hotel is actually on St Paul's doorstep, quite the best location possible. The check-in was over in seconds and our room was large, and had everything ~ including the kitchen sink!... and the cost was as unbelievably small as the bed was unbelievably large! Even though our room was at the front the shutter system meant we had virtually no noise or light at night, so we had a good nights sleep.
