Close to Angel Tube, fairly close to The Emirates Stadium - staff very helpful in ordering taxi etc. Clean spacious room - close proximity to a range of services. The facilities and its close proximity to local transportation. Greatexperience! We will be back!. The helpfulness of staff when we needed to leave earlier than expected because of the weather forecast. The young man at reception booked rail tickets for us and was excellent.

After a 7 hours flight from Canada and a 1 hours tube ride, i turned up at the hotel at 10am, well before check in time. i explained to the staff that i have been traveling all day and asked if i could just leave my luggage with them. The staff did one better than that, they found me a room that was ready and let me check in and go straight up to the room so i could rest. i was so happy. :-). The location was excellent and the hotel was great value for money. It is 5 minutes walking from an underground station, and the rooms arelarge, and the shower easy to use; this is important in a country wherethe taps are always a big question mark.... A bar and restaurant on site and very friendly staff. clean and good vale. Used the bar. I liked the friendly staff who created a good atmosphere. helpful, and clean, your food was great. The Tv had a very poor picture so I used it as a radio.Staff had no info and were no help on going to the theatre. House keeping services knock to the doors so early and so noisely. May be there is another system yo know if the room is empty. Cold bedroom with faulty heat. We moved, but second bedroom took time to warm up. The breakfast was very mediocre and totally overpriced. My colleague left something in his room and despite contacting the hotel 3 times to ask them to look for the item he has had no call back....not impressed at all!. No sheets available for the put you up bed in the family room. It was very cold in our room and the heating did not seem enough to heat the room. The tiled bathroom floor was freezing.Breakfast was disorganised and chaotic due to none English speaking staff being only employees/ Wash hand basin in room was cracked/Towels were hard and poor quality. Heating didnt work.....housekeeping woke us up at 7pm to refresh the room.....?????. Firstly, the key system did not work for our entire stay at the hotel, so we had to be accompanied to the room every time we wanted to enter our room and I certainly expected some kind of compensation for this inconvenience. Secondly the shower tab were very stiff and it was extremely difficult to operate. Thirdly, there were no complementary toiletries.
