The decor was very modern with a lot extras. Considering therate we paid, this hotel is five star compared to other hotels we stayedat before. The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinental Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras

There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Our only complain was that when we booked we asked for on site parking but were told there were no spaces available.
