think tower bridge was the cheapest place i could find to stay in near enough central london and was definately the best, every where was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable reception staff were very helpful and the apartment was lovely it was good enough to live it, i usually find it hard trying to find a nice decent place to stay but i will in future stay at think apartments :):):):). Superb appointment and location, very modern and comfortable.

We had no problems on the first couple of days of our stay but on the 3rd day the boiler and the lights in the bedroom stopped working. We reported this to reception and the problem was fixed by the time we got back in the afternoon. . A bit less convenient than a hotel for check in and access, but muchbigger, nicer and more comfortable rooms. Free Internet. In the future,I probably won't be staying at the Premier Inn which is just next door. As it was the first time, I needed to double check the arrangements but they became very clear and overall it was a very good experience. thank you very much to all the staff in think tower, great stay. clean and at a reasonable proce. It was great.Seeing all the mice traps around made me a little uneasy! But didn't see any on my 6 nights stay. Room was not quite "finished"-it seemed the final fitting out of the room had not been checked. So-shower faulty, some power points not working, air-conditioning not wired up , lack of a bed-side table, poor lighting in bathroom, poor mirroe arrangement. I was unfortunately in a room which was at the same hight as the railwayand it was very noisy. Could not figure out how the shower worked properly.entrance from street not clearly marked. too much self service on check in.Good to avoid machines-they are more trouble than they are worth. Nobody clean the apartment during our stay and nobody inform us if there is normal or not. very noisy! Early morning workers below and late night party goers returning so no proper nights sleep!. The room was too warm on arrival and slow to cool down. the room was incredibly hot and windows not opening very much didnt help.You can hear everyone, though I wasn't in the room at all, so did not find that annoying. The towels were not clean at all and I found little hairs and dust on the bed. Did not understand how to appoint the service. Couldn't find an iron, only an iron board and the apartment was so good equipped, why no iron?. I was asked to sign a paper authorising the owners to deduct extra charges for damage (beyond 'fair wear and tear'. I have never met this before. I did sign but only after endorsing the paper '... subject to confirmation on leaving.' I shall be looking hard at my credit card account!. shower was not working - got fixed immediately, number of reception was not easy accessible, internet was not working. No a/c in the rooms, loud. No change of sheets. No detergent was prepared for Washing machine and Dish washer in the room. Very close to the railway line, so noisy and very hot. The bed was far to small!. room too hot, not able to turn down temperature, heating very noisy or was it airconditioning it was making a noise all through the night, I could not sleep!!! Was there really no handsoap, in these days of infection, unbelieveable. And no shower cap for me and no hairdryer, irritating. The bed was probably the most uncomfy bed I have slept in - the mattresssprings were digging into our backs, legs etc. The pillows were flat andold or very poor quality - other than that (being the most important) itwas very clean and tidy. Also I was only given 1 key for the room whichturned out to not open the initial glass front door leaving me strandedoutside - not good!. The shower did not work in my apartment and I had to be moved to another. I checked with the staff that there was Wi-Fi in the second apartment which was confirmed. However, there was no web address in evidence therefore I was unable to log in and use the service. I will be making a complaint shortly.the space is too small. Odd design; fitted out for long stays with dishwasher, washing machine etc but no basic business facilities like a hairdryer. Poor lighting on top floor, no air con. Further from transport links than advertised, difficult to find.on the first day i havent got water in my bathroom and on the second day there was a firealarm.. but there wasnt any fire! no cleaning stuff during my stay in think tower bridge.... It was noisy, next to railway line, busy road, and throughout the night other people buzzing the intercoms to get into other apartment buildings. There was not enough light in the downstairs lobby. Only had lukewarm water in the shower. The code printed in information in room for access to security gate did not work when I returned late at night.What a terrible experience. I paid for my room in cash and the Receptionist refused to take my Scottish £20 notes. I asked for Manager and after discussion they agreed to take them since I was only staying for one night! Right next to railway - trains every few minutes late night and early a.m. The modern Tap and Basin combination in shower room was ill fitted and water would go over floor. Heating broken, it was freezing, toilet cistern filled all night!. there was no heating and the room was very cold.
