Location, facilities, value for money, excellent rate . Staff friendly and accommodating. very kindly staff and good location. wifi is good. Room was fairly comfortable, but I imagine that the fact the blinds didn't quite close could be annoying in the summer. No reception but hotel being decorated so understandable. An alternative to a microwave would have been good. Not enough instructions e.g. where do you empty your (very small) bin, and where do you get more bin bags? Didn't seem to be anyone around to help with anything,.
