I had a group of guests staying for my sister's hen do. The rooms were huge, very clean, excellent facilities and a very central location. I will definitely use this hotel again when I next stay in London. It also has a car park. The best location in London. Facilities included kitchenette, heating and air conditioning, safe, balcony, large bathroom and cupboards. Strongly recommend this hotel. Free internet access.

You could walk to many sights and nightlife. The hotel standard was also very good, modern and comfortable.It is (1) very convenient for access by bus and Tube (2) well provided as self catering accommodation for mnor meals (3) close to restaurants for dining out. Very good size appartment, excellent location, staff very helpful.Excellent value for money.Excellent room-comfortable bed-also a great location. The location can not be beat. Within walking distance of many major attractions as well as theatre row. Even though I had requested early check-in months ago, (my plane arrived at 6:30 am) this was not accomodated. i thought the hotel was a little expensive as there were 3 of us in a room priced for 4. I thought most of the receptionists were very rude. Couldn't find a frying pan in kitchen - would have been useful, also an extra blanket in winter. the fold down bed was broken and found it was held together with stockings. sofa-bed could have been better. The old fashioned orange painted wallpaper around all the rooms!. The bed was essentially a sleeper-sofa cot ... not the most comfortable (though not awful), and it filled most of the room when folded out. There is no housekeeping service for stays of a few days.Well in the rooms i didnt like the fact we had to make the sofa bed, would have preferred a proper bed and a few items in the room did not work(the stereo and had to get someone to fix the shower). it was too noisy at night because od the traffic. No room service. I had to pay to change the bedding or to have the room cleaned. the carpet was smelly and stainy. the shower head in the bathroom needs changing. no coffee or creammer available in rooms. The sofa bed was not particularly comfortable. Poor knowledge among the staff (French?) in the reception. Our two rooms wasn't cleaned during a four day stay, at least the garbage should be taken out.Cleaning the room only after a stay of a minimum of seven days is one of those things that should be avoided. I understand the need to help the environment and refrain change the bed sheets to often but a week is way to long and of course using wet towels is not very nice, specially in Winter. room decor extremely basic and not overtly inviting. much upgrading required for price paid. The hotel car park was full on our arrival, so we had to go looking for some where to park the car. Sleeping arangements. Lack of pillows.Could be more generous with coffee/tea provisions. Would prefer duvet foer bed covering. v.poor room with very small window, high up no view. the shower unit was very poor. the heater in the living room was not able to keep the room warm.
