Excellent location for restaurants, shops ect and as righr next to train station, couldn't be more practical for arriving in London. The location is perfect for travel. It is right above bars and next to train stations!. Staff were very helpful Exceptionally close to all amenities and tourist attractions. Would stay again. Helpfull staff, close to all amenities.

It was awful and ruined my holiday. I'm very unhappy about this. In comparison, I had a wonderful stay in Barcelona, courtesy of the letsbookhotel.com system. In general I have had many good holidays using letsbookhotel.com and I am a fan. In comparison to my usual experience, this hotel was truly awful - Mike. the personnel who handled my booking was good and efficient. But , i was told that i cannot cancel my booking 7 days prior to arrival ? why ?. Location good Friendly staff and when heating wasn't working correctly came within minutes to rectify Hotel rang to ask when I would arrive. Excellent location! although on a very busy pub street that was loud until wee hours of morning. Staff were friendly and helpful, both in person and on the phone,. Only a few things needed a bit of attention in the apartment itself. The window blind was in poor repair and didnt come down all the way and as a street light was opposite the window, flooded in preventing much sleep. Also the sliding door on the shower room was off its rail and the plug in the shower sink kept getting stuck. I'm not from London so idk how normal London bathrooms work but it was to be desired. Slightly noisy at the front of building (but expected with it's location and being summer). late book in premium. There isn't free wi-fi. Looked a little tired. Appliances were old Too may sofas. Badly cleaned Needs updating of facilities. No free wifi which sucks. when i arrived in london, i did not get the original apartment that was booked , but was given another unit in a different location. Sheets weren't clean, old fruit left for 'welcoming', crumbs, hair etc in bed, draft from window, no door on bathroom so water came into living area, no receptionist or phone facilities so had to rely on having a phone to let hotel know you have arrived. Although we called as instructed 10 minutes before arrival, we waited for almost 2 hours on the street, no one came to give keys. Never did meet the person. Complained daily of a leak and smell in the bathroom, no one came. No service, very expensive and no wifi included. Extremely small room. Daily calls and texts were ignored. No one came to check us out. This was extremely expensive for no service and very poor facilities! Highly discourage anyone from staying here!!!. Cleanliness of the apartment, previous occupants dirty linen and towels were still in the apartment, 2 sockets didn't work and kettle worked intermittently. Disgusting room. Shower was blocked so drained slowly but water overflowed into 'loungeroom' which made the floor all wet for the rest of my stay. Obviously not a new problem but no one was doing anything. Also no signs to highlight the accommodation. Very odd walking into an unmarked building with no reception to greet. I had to knock on random apartments until someone called the 'bookings lady' who arrived after 10 minutes to show me into my room. Facilities didnt work properly, even the blind covering the window wasnt long enough to offer visual protection from the people walking on the balcony opposite. Very noisy, shower/toilet about 2 foot by 2 foot u could sit on toilet while getting showered no seperate floor, no beds just 2 sofa beds that pulled out, funny smell in room. very dirty, small, no services, filthy. One of the towels was awfully dirty. Cutouts around the doorknob made it possible to peek from the outside into the room. Got no sleep. My room was on 2nd floor, so everybody staying on a higher floor had to come past my door via a narrow, winding staircase. I was woken with a start more than 5 times by other guests coming past my room in the early hours, including 2 drunks who fell against my door at 2am. Normally I am a very heavy sleeper, but this place was quite scary. Certainly no place for a woman travelling alone or families. More akin to a hostel for the homeless. The street where the hotel is located was very loudy and because the windows very old they weren't any soundproof at all !!! the beddings and the towels were very old and even they were washed they looked dirty. If you pay 20£ they clean the room and give you clean towels ! I paid too much just for the location and nothing else!!!. There were: 1. No bed 2. No bedsheets 3. No towels 4. Bad heating. Complicated, inflexible check-in procedure. You are suppossed to call the office 10 minutes before arrival, which requires having a local cellphone, as none of the payphones in the area work. Both sink and shower drains were clogged. Everything looked and felt a bit too worn out; could use some improvement.Not clean, poor quality bedding, smelled very badly of smoke, luke warm shower. the extra guests (eg rodents) in our apartment - knawed their way through our rucksacks shower leaked, causing damage to the apartment, resulting in hideous smell throughout. It was the most horrible place I have ever stayed in!! It was the size of a shoe cupboard, the window faced pipes so can't be classed as a place with a window. The room (6 sq m) was poorly finished, and not very clean. I stay in hotels on regular basis, and booked this one for two nights. It was so bad that I decided to move to a different place after the first night. Something I have never done before. It was a nightmare!. The dead pigeon on the filthy roof right outside the window. The general level of squalor. the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I will be getting my money back. I cant see why you let them on your website. Trading standards and watchdog will be informed. This is not a hotel or apartments. This is a warehouse in the centre of London. I was disappointed when I got in. The room was extremely small and I couldn't close the door of the bathroom. There was a wall of glass which was almost broken and it was standed very dangerous over our bed. I do not understand why letsbookhotel.com still promotes this place for book. It is AWFUL!. No proper bed No proper shower Too noisy No reception.
