The decor was very modern with a lot extras. Considering therate we paid, this hotel is five star compared to other hotels we stayedat before. Excellant hotel, location and staff. We did have a problem with bed the first night (headboard dislodged) and the next day they moved us to better room and gave us a discount for that night. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. - Excellent location for the main tourist sites in London

from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

The Andaz is stylish but relaxed and we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly cean in a areas. We were upgraded and a little birthday cake awaited us in our room for my husband's birthday. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.
