Everything - stylish hotel ,all mod cons and centrally located .Clean bathroom with fantastic shower .Blinds and curtains give total blackout so easy to sleep in - take an alarm if you need to get up early.Convenient to shops,bars restaurants ,tube and St Paul's .Would not hesitate to recommend and will stay again .Have paid more to stay in centrally located Premier Inn or Travel lodge - absolutely no comparison !!.

Comfy bed and lovely shower. Plus, we arrived in our room to two lovely cupcakes for our anniversary. That really was the icing on the cake. We'll be back soon. Already recommended to others. Lovely spacious and luxurious room, with bathrobes, toiletries and facilities to make a proper mug of tea!! The spa is great for relaxing after a day shopping or sight-seeing . Excellent location opposite the cathedral and really close to the tube. Our favourite London hotel!. Very close to St Pauls cathedral and to Tube station. There are also a lot of restaurants and cafes near hotel so it is good idf you bring the room without meal plan. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice bar,warm;) overall it is very good hotel. Quick check in, good size executive room with direct view of the front of St Pauls Cathederal. I recommend Dinner at the Globe Restaurant. All the features of a 5star hotel for the price of a 4 star. Will definitely return!. If you want to be in the city with easy access to the river, Tate Modern, St. Paul's etc. this is a good location. Breakfast prices were a bit steep £17 or £23/head) but then it is a luxurious hotel. We went out for breakfast, plenty of cafes nearby overlooking the fabulous St Pauls Cathedral. Breakfast was overpriced at £23 (full English) and, in my view, ought to have been covered by the room rate. The lifts - I am not good with heights!! The district and circle lines were not in use so lots of walking. This could be seen as either good or bad; the good was that we got to see this part of London in more detail than we would have ordinarily and the bad was that it took longer to get into the centre of London. Limited views of the city from most rooms. Poor and very Slow service at Reception at night. Long queue in the morning. Needs some repairs by the pool and the pull out beds were pretty uncomfortable. Nothing. Price of breakfast a little expensive x. nothing really. Nothing. This is an impersonal hotel with no cosy seating areas, which does not encourage you to sit anywhere than in your room. Fortunately there are cosier locations nearby. The hotel lacks the ambience of a 5 star comfortable hotel. The fact that we didn't have breakfast included in the rate. Nothing. on my last visit had a room next to the lift shaft.Unfortunately in was a Saturday night and my sleep was disturbed by the constant noise from the lift. My one and only gripe is the lack of coffee and milk in the room. We had to ask for more twice on an overnight stay. It was no problem to anyone when we did ask, but still I would rather have not had to. Also the telephone in our room did not work so I had to go looking for a cleaner in my nightie to get more milk!. that we couldn't stay longer. Bar staff favoured the local city workers over the hotel guests (probably because they were drunk and flashing the cash) and had to have an argument in order to get served. I found the bars to be cold, sitting having a drink I was not warm at all, maybe because of all the glass and there were not many people around but i feel that its an issue that needs to be addressed. We did not like the conveyor belt breakfast, totally unsuited to an allegedly 5 star hotel. I asked for a boiled egg which took 18 minutes to arrive and which clearly had boiled for the entire 18 minutes it was so hard. The quality of the continental meats was decidedly "cheap package", which let the whole thing down a bit. Tv in room didn't work and staff couldn't fix it. Only a minor point but when stating in this style of hotel you expect things to be perfect and if not then fixed. Free bottle of Asti was appreciated and have to admit the staff member that came to look at the problem was polite professional and apologetic do even this negative showed the hotel in a good light. Bar very crowded at night time. Would have had a drink when returning from night out in London but no places to sit(yet many seats in the main area but bar closed and no service available). Also problem with the room we had on 6th floor. Above us was a very noisy party with loud thumping music and noise. We asked to be moved (suggest you don't allocate these rooms if event going on above!!). The lateness in cleaning my room on the 1st full day. This was due I was told because I had not put the green light on. Nobody had told me about this. Efforts must be made so that guests are aware . Nothing. Nothing!. A few 'broken' items - our closest lift did not work as well as the ipod docking system in the room. Also our room was not made up on the second day (instant response when we notified reception). Expensive like all London hotels - eat at The Centre Page opposite!!!.
