The apartment was ideal for a family of four. The facilities throughout the apartment were more than adeqate for our city visit and although we were only in London for 2 nights I would gladly of used this apartment for a much longer visit. The staff we met were very friendly and informative. Loved the location, in a quiet spot but right in the heart of the city. We also felt independant and able to come and go as we pleased. We were in London for the marathon so the self catering apartment fitted in with our own requirements, food etc. Will come again.

Very refined and tastefull (except for the toilet bowl). Spacious and very comfortable and well laid apartment in great position god tourists. Excellent set up with concierge who was very helpful as we arrived late which made check in a breeze. Very helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic central location. Kitchen appliances were good. Having 2 bathrooms with showers was good, also had excellent water pressure. staff was very friendly and helpful,location was great very close to St Paul's and Tate Modern,apartmrnt was very comfortable and spacious by London standarts. The staff, particularly Thomas were always more than helpful. For London having a space we could move around in was fantastic. Would absolutely stay again!. Fantastic location right by st Paul's. quiet courtyard 'oasis' in city. Spacious. Welcome pack with milk, orange juice and snacks, was a nice surprise. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Apartment was very comfortable and well-appointed. Brilliant location!. The location was gr8 very close to Oxford circus where I was working. The value for money. The size was fantastic. First time I have stayed in an apartment hotel and was very impressed. Great having a car park as well. The loaction was ideal although we did struggle to find a Inn local to the apartment who would allow children in. The cost for internet use. The only thing which could've been better was the bed, but I'm nit picking. The toilet bowl was functioning but scraped and not good-looking. The bed was not 4stars quality; in Apt A37 we had a spring mattress ... it was like a merry-go-round!. The bells and street noise mean it is not a place for quiet reflection but I still slept well. Very noisy due to location close to staff, and windows were facing a service lane. Had to use ear plugs to sleep. Not having consumables such as kitchen foil and plastic wrap. Could have done with another couch. Seating for two in the lounge room in an apartment that hold four was just a little slim!. Nothing. Delivery van (possibly from the brewery) extremely noisy between 5am and 5.45am both mornings of our stay. No microwave Mattress need updating as it was very springy. I wasnt aware that I needed to pay on arrival so i was a bit stuck as i hadnt got my expenses yet but this was resolved quickly and the receptionist ok'd it with his boss and i paid the following day. Wasn't prepared for the bells at St. Paul's cathederal ringing every 15 minutes, but I know you cannot control that. It would have been nice if you had air conditioning or even ceiling fans...got a little stuffy in the room on the third floor. Nothing, but too short vacation. :))). The weather was warm so we had to leave the windows open. The Apartments are near a youth hostel. The youth from the hostel "partied" in the streets outside the apartments until 4:00 A.M. both nights we stayed in the complex. Heating in apartment very warm and no air con with been ground floor couldn't really open windows. No free Wi-free, No air-con. The bells of St Pauls. Had some minor issues with the wireless. Bells of St Pauls. Rooms starting to look a bit tired in places. Very close to the noise of road and bell of st Pauls. You can hear the bells from nearby St. Paul's every hour all night, and they ring like crazy on Sunday morning. Also the apartment was permeated by the smell of drying paint. Room was too hot. no a/c, difficult to find the hotel. Mattress sticking out sharp piece of hardened spring that cut like a knife leg. Staff ignored a request to change the mattress. Dinner table is broken. No cover pan.
