Although a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge, there is such a friendly and helpful attitude amongst all the staff. The location is excellent, in a beautiful, quiet street, yet 2 minutes from Harrods. The interior design in the guest rooms and public rooms is pure luxury. This hotel is nothing short of perfect.

The staff made sure we had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable. It is close to knightsbridge - great if you want to shop from harrods and other shops such as prada and zara - The staff was the kindest I've ever experienced and very helpful. Only stayed for 1 night in May but thought the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It's location in the centre of London is ideal, the quality of the staff training is excellent, the rooms and the personal feel to the hotel is perfect. The use of the curtesy Rolls Royce really topped off a superb stay.
