Amazing, its wonderful, it is my second review and my second staying, the staff are amazing kasha and lourie thank you so much you both are so lovely the manager is so gentle they are adorable the hotel is so comfi. You feel like home. Really I recommend it, best in london. The staff at the desk were extremely accommodating. The room service quality was outstanding. The room was kept extremely clean for us and the laundry/ dry cleaning service was exceptional. I will definitely stay again when I come to London.
