  The hotel was clean and tidy and staff on arrival were friendly enough. The bar area was nice and relaxed with drinks being reasonably priced. Although some of the guests at 1am were rowdy even though we were still drinking in the lounge area it made it uncomfortable that they we're bring like this and not asked to be quieter especially when there... what people say » were a few little children staying in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy and we had a sea view although that's not that important as we did not s - The hotel was spotlessly clean and the furnishings and beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent and very good value for money. The lounge area was lovely and the furnishings were modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful when approached, especially the barman. The hotel is in a very central position on the promenade so it was an ideal base to explore Blackpool and the surrounding area.

  A really nice place, needs a bit of updating, but the owners have this in hand and they have only been here for 8 months. Spotless clean, beds comfortable, bar/lounge area really good and so child friendly, sweets, xbox and ps3 as well as a pool table. It still makes me giggle when people write comments about everything irrelevant, stairs, no - Whole hotel was great, clean and tidy my room had a new bathroom fitted and i was very impressed. Beds were very conformable and room was furnished well. The breakfasts were amazing and the owners made me and my young daughter feel very much at home. I will definitely been returning.
