Very friendly hosts. Location very close to the Central Pier but set in a quiet street. Breakfast ~ had a choice and cooked to order ~ very good. A TV in the room with a DVD slot. will have to remember a DVD next time. Very good value. -

Great location, parking difficult and pay and display was full, I did manage to get in later it was £10 for 24 hours. We had a nice room on the 2nd floor, nicely decorated & a great shower. The bed was reasonably comfortable. This hotel does not provide breakfast, as advertised, no problem, there is an excellent Cafe on the opposite corner (Walkers Cafe in Stow St), that provides an excellent full English for ₤3.90. Hotel is close to the beach and attractions! We managed to get free parking outside. The cost for this hotel is very reasonable.

We had a lovely stay at Bamford House for two nights. A warm welcome right from the start with Helen having her car moved so we could park on the street! Room was clean and very comfortable with everything that we needed. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for the rest of the day. Highly recommend Bamford House. Many thanks Helen and Rick f

Absolutely phenomenal service! The owners are amazing! I was travelling alone and it was certainly a pleasant surprise to have so many wonderful conversations and bond with the lovely Val. The food was amazing and the room was clean and perfect. She even upgraded me as a courtesy. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Maydor to solo travellers or families as it is very close to attractions, but also in a quiet location. Absolutely wonderful!

The staff were amazing! We paid for a standard room but were given a four poster room the mattresse was memory foam so it was super comfy.. The breakfast was lovely and cooked fresh and we were in a great location right by the sea and amusements! The staff were friendly and helpful so all in all a fantastic hotel I would absolutely stay here again!! Xxx

Whole hotel was great, clean and tidy my room had a new bathroom fitted and i was very impressed. Beds were very conformable and room was furnished well. The breakfasts were amazing and the owners made me and my young daughter feel very much at home. I will definitely been returning.
