Very good city view, clean, good facilities. The staffs were very nice and helpful. Although the location is not in city centre, there is a train station outside of the apartment. Thus, the transportation is really convenience, the daily travel ticket only costs £8, includes unlimited train, tube and bus! Also, there are lots of supermarkets in this area, like tesco, lidl, Iceland, etc. Save time, save money~definitely recommended~.
all reviews » When I first walked in my first reaction was "wow". We stayed in a 1 bedroom higher floor apartment and the views were fantastic!! Spotless, fab decor, everything u need in the kitchen, bed was very comfy, bathroom was spotless, parking right next to the apartments- £7.50 for 24hours. We had an amazing time and Didnt want to leave. Can't wait to go back!. The apartment was very clean, modern and very comfortable. We were out and about all day and it was great to come back to a warm home from home. We used the kitchen to prepare ready meals and to eat take out with our young children. It was infinitely better than staying in a hotel and being cramped in a single room. i arrived at the reception area , an received excellent customer service, the staff were really helpful and kind, also i was staying on the 23rd floor with stunning views. The 2 bedroom apartment i booked was in immaculate condition and the views was amazing, enjoyed it so much that i didnt want to go home. the staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. The appartment was imaculate when we first got there, so fresh and clean, everything looked new. Location for the station and amenities were good and the people staying there were friendly too. Would recomend this to all my friends. :). i have no words! when i booked with go native in ilford i was worrying about how it would look etc...but it was amazing. it was like being in a 5* hotel. the view was breath taking and the staff where lovely. could not fault anything! they had everything in the apartment which you could need. Easy to reach Ilford station, from where many trains leed to London dity centre. Shop for daily needs just opposite. Just love it amazing experience didn't except so much but we were wrong staff are very helpful and freindly everything was there for a family felt like my own home all facilities was there very happy and hope to be there again. The apartment is well maintained, convenient for shopping with easy access to central London. Perfect for self catering. However, its too hot and may be unbearably hot in the. Heart of Summer as there was no airconditioner. The apartment Is excellent. It is big with two bathrooms and a view over the city. It does require a train trip,into Liverpool st but that only took 17 minutes. For a group of people I don,t think you will find better value. very new, modern apartment with an amazing view!!! the design is totally everyone's taste and you'll feel at home right away... the reception staff was always friendly & very helpful - thanks for a great time!. the location is probably a bit further out of London than I expected but this is by far counterbalanced by the fab apartments and facilities that are there. Clean, very new, well equipped app with good beds, Liverpool Str only 30 min from door, train every 15 minutes, even nights. In fact most of the reception staff are rude. I found only one person in the reception ( Whose name is Johny) is very helpful and guest friendly. All others speak to the guests as if asking why are you here kind attitude. Probably they are not trained to serve the customers properly. We took 2 bed apartment for 3 nights. They had only one toilet rolls for 2 toilets. When I asked for more, the reception staff told me that they can't provide anymore. I had to b. *The apartments are good and clean(the most important factor) but really small in size. *Location is good..halal food every where *train station nearby, car not needed. Although the apartments are very close to the train station it would be helpful to have a map and clear directions to direct first time users.We arrived after dark and were a bit disorientated. The location was on a little down side as i thought it was in stratford but really its in Ilford. Even this high up (23rd floor) street noise during the night was bothersome. nothing. Its hot. It may be ideal to have extra towel change for. Family traveling with children. The suburb is not the best in London but it did not matter as we just took the train into the city. Nothing really, there were 3 of us in the group, had a great time wouldn't chnage anything , a fab experience Thank you. The only tiny frustration was the way you open and lock the doors. Strange but easy to sort once you know how. It would have been helpful to have been sent a map and/or instructions on how to find the hotel from the station. We used Google Maps and got horribly lost. Also, for those of us who like good coffee, a cafetiere/coffee maker would be very helpful. I don't mind providing my own coffee, if I can have it brewed fresh. Instant coffee is horrible. Also, it would be useful to have plastic wrap in the kitchen for leftovers. It takes a while to get to the city center (20min) though it is not that bad. There is a train station very close (5min at the most) that takes you to liverpool street station. there is also a bus to the same Liverpool st station. Service. Parking lot system needs to be clear. Apartment crew said there was agreement with parking lot but parking lot manager told that he doesn't know anything. We ended up only using public transportion while we stayed this apartment. The only disappointment this time i stayed was slight damage to furniture. Nothing else. Ventillation loud in living room, but no problem in sleeping room. Superior room doesnt mean that room looking to west (London) it can be facing east too :(. Nothing. The only demerit is that there is no underground station near but Ilford train station is very close and it takes only 15 minutes to enter the city of London by train. The location the apartment is far away from center of London you have to drive not less than half hour , there is no gym with facility of the apartment , you have to subscribe for it with deferent fees . i didnt like the checking out time, 10:00 am. They asking checking in at 15:00 and out at 10:00 am. I think this is unreasonable timing! i have never seen so early checking out time which is at times difficult when you have children and the weather is freezing. Nothing. tv didnt work. it wasn't the hotels fault though everyones were down. I have to clean the apartment myself as cleaning provided by the hotel is once a week. They should make cleaning at least three times a week. A little bit hard to find the exact location if you trust only your gps. Check-out at 10am is a little early. The aprtments are a long trip from central London. Need to use both underground and over ground rain system. Cost of transport to London made it a bit expensive but it was only a small negative. This time round the ironing facilities were in a poor state. The staff need to ensure things work prior to the let. It was too hot Sofa was too small and uncomfortable 10am check out is too early, was asked to pay 50 gbp for an extra 2 hours, which I refused. It's just the location a little out of the way but manageable. Very far from the centre of London. Very expensive by taxi to centre around 45-55 gbp and back with same prices. Slightly Distant from central London. Location is not so hot but manageable. Although staff is good but traninging for them should be more...Also there was NO AIRCONDITIONERS...and it was really hot... Lack of parking. This is in illford not, stratford east. No Air con facilites Area in Ilford. The staff. The size of the room was expected to be bigger as the room in the photo looks larger than it actually is. I think the receptionists are not satisfied & complaining of shortage of staff & lack of sleep. because there is no aircondition we had 2 bad days because of the noise & hot weather. Would have liked aircon. Very warm weather overnight so had to have windows open Ilford very noisy, not much sleep. The view from the apartment was good. It's a good apartment to stay, but very poor staff makes the experience miserable and don't feel like going again and don't recommend either. *Very rude staff(won't give you a single favour..and makes faces even if you want 2 print outs) *this is a residential apartment building, not a hotel, If you have allot of luggage you will have to carry it all to your apartment yourself. They won't give you a trolley even. *No air-conditioning. Although I was travelling in colder days, a sunny one can roast you up. *You need to keep the windows open all the time and you would hear police/ambulance sirens often.
