I love this hotel and the owners and staff they make you feel like you are part of the family. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and will be back there soon. I prefer to stay here then in London. With a great pub near by with great food. I left my teddy bear there and the kept him for me (yes I said Teddy bear) on my way back with a short pause between airports the brought him to me and would not take any money for the delivery now thats family. It was close to Gatwick airport and short direct walking distance to Horley town. The early morning taxi transfer was booked for me and arrived on time. The owner went that extra mile or even two to ensure that everything was ok for me as I ended up arriving about 5 hours later than planned, knowing that I was travelling alone. The room was warm, the bed comfortable & I was left a message with my key to confirm my transport to the airport & time. Will definitely use again if travelling through Gatwick early.

I stayed at Springwood for 3 nights due to taking exam in the local area. Recieved an upgrade to a double room, which was 100%. Free wireless internet, lovely breakfast. Lift to exam center every day, Thanks for a very enjoyable stay. - Only spent one night. Comfortable and clean room.

Location of the Hotel. Close to town but out from the city. Nice way to relax before the flight home.
The Six Bells pub around the corner is a great place to socialize and have a bite to eat.
Nice getting a drive to and from the Gatwick Airport. Would stay here again. Good cooked breakfast in the am; plenty to chose from.

The single room was small but comfortable.
Plumbing was good.
Breakfasts good too.
Short walk to the 6 Bells Pub but a bit scary walking home through the graveyard after 2 pints, a bottle of wine and an Irish Coffee.

I had a very warm welcome and a very comfortable room. The B&B is very well set up to cater for guests travelling from Gatwick, and is only a £5 cab ride away if you are leaving at an unearthly hour as I was! This is an excellent option for a larger family. We were in a self contained apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with our 4 children. We had an extra bed in the small sitting area so that we could all be together. The children were very happy and had access to TV. The breakfast was varied and well made by very friendly staff.
