The service was excellent and the room was actually a really good value! We arrived fairly late at Gatwick and the shuttle was still running. Hotelier booked a cab back to Gatwick for us the next day that arrived exactly on time and was extremely reasonable. Good breakfast and comfortable atmosphere! Thanks for a great stay. I stayed for three nights as I was working in the area. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Rooms clean and warm (you can control radiators yourself) and with everything I needed. Good value breakfast and easy to use free wi-fi in public areas.

A short 5 -minute walk into Horley where pleny of eateries to suit evey budget. Pick up and drop off service for airport. Ensuite room not large but very clean. There was a comfortable atmosphere for visiting with friends from London for a couple of hours in the hotel lobby. The rooms were extremely clean and quiet. Breakfast was tastey and the ride to the airport was short. It was great!. stayed one night before a early flight, 13yr daughter and myself with two very heavy suitcases, staff carried one case upstairs for us. also before i know it he had booked our cab for next moring ,would use again. arrived late and room was very clean and had tea and coffee facilities which was a blessing. staff friendly and arranged early morning taxi. facillities for breakfast even at 5am. very organised hotel.Parking can be a bit tight when it's busy. Not a dislike, just an observation. No instructions as how to use things , ie; toaster, hot water urn in dining area.On arrival I wanted to book breakfast early enough to get an 8.30 taxi to Gatwick. I felt that the receptionist was reluctant to allow me to book breakfast earlier than 8.30. Receptionist seemed to have difficulties with knowing the clock! In the evening of my arrival he told me it was 8h30 p.m., though it actually was 9h30 p.m....hence I was 1 hour late and missed my breakfast the next morning...(not my plane fortunately!!!)... The bus to the airport left 10 min late, as the receptionist acknowledged only his own watch, but not the clocks on the walls of the hotel.There are molds spots on the ceiling and in the bathroom walls. Butoherwise clean room. Room could do with a lick of paint but this was a minor point.Squeaky floor noards, but that was a small problem compared with the overall facilities and friendliness. Guests might be reminded that there is a bar. It's tucked away andthe first time I noticed it was at breakfast before I was about toleave. Why no marmalade for the toast? Strawberry jam moreappropriate for tea time!. no remote for TV. no. Some creaky ceilings! Not really a problem just goes with the genuine friendly service and hotel environment.They really try to help you with your trip. I can not say that i really liked the fact that the check out time is so early..10am. It should be at least 11am. Because not everyone has early flights.In my case i was flying at 15.30 so i had a lot of hours to kill.Would like to see evening meals being served but great that you can use the breakfast area for takeways. They didn't have an electrical adaptor that worked for our type of plug-in.Pebbled area outside hotel to outside bedrooms caused damage to base of wheelie cases. Room not large, I would probably not stay for a two-week holiday. But as a 'stop-over' hotel it is very good value. It suited our needs in every way.

Via the M25, take junction 7 towards the M23 to Gatwick. Via the M23, take junction 9 to Gatwick. After passing the first roundabout (South Terminal), take the fourth exit on A23 towards Horley/Redhill. When you approach set of traffic light on roundabout, take the last exit, still following the A23 for Horley. At next set of traffic lights, turn right towards Horley into Massetts Road.
