Being upgraded! Very good food and choice especially breakfast.The rooms were very comfortable,clean and quiet.The hotel was well situated near terminal 5.Staff were very helpful, especially on reception and took an interest in guests. I love the atrium and the facilities at the bar. The food at the Italian restaurant was faultless with very efficient service. perfect for a 25th anniversary...

Great front desk staff and check in and out handled with efficiency. Excellent breakfast offering with very friendly staff and great omelettes. Very attentive, friendly staff. Food in sevens was very good. The pre-packaged food in the atrium was of good quality. It was avery comfortable room and we were there only for the night because we left very early in the morning. Food was a bit pricey which limited our purchases. No comment!. Had to wait at the bar quite a while before I could order, actually left the bar after 5 minutes and came back an hour later. When I came back the services was good and people were friendly. Very unmodern in the corridors. You got a feeling that you were staying in an hotel from the 70's. Poor level of snack in Exec lounge Charges for internet connection even at exec suite level. too expensive. No courtesy shuttle and requested alarm call was ignored because it sounded like an insect in distress rather than a wake up call. This caused me to have an accident and we were late to the airport. The Atrium was too big and uninviting. Also cold from the doors. We had to ask for foam pillows,duvet and mattress topper although pre-booked. We think that a limited amount of free wifi in the room would a good idea. The bathroom didn't had robes and slippers, had to call the reception for it. Small thing really, but yet annoying.
