hotel was excelent could not fault it ,would return agin ,close to all aminities ,easy access to central london , no noise from airport and we could see planes landing and taking off .there was a travelers reception at the time of our stay and it was so nice to see . The response after making a complaint about noise the night of our stay, the duty manager was fair.the TV channels, the GYM, the food, the room and the treatment.

It was very quiet even though it was close to the airport. close to airport, spacious hotel, good size rooms, great health club (stayed at hotel 4 times and the health club has aleays been open and never crowded).Following a long haul flight it was very comfotable and provided everything .breakfast was superb with so much choice. Near airport, easy access to west of London outside M25. Facilities generally adequate with friendly services. Accessability to Heathrow was prime reason for booking along withfair tarrif. Location in relation to the airport. Staff were helpful and courteous.Welcome by reception.. otherwise just slept.. bed was perfect!. clean, comfortable, close to restaurants and airport. We were in room 4101(above the main entrance), there was a Wedding Party in the 'Blue Conference Room' which turned out to be a nightmare, Police were called because of a fight !!, very noisey up until 2:30 am (the stay was not what we expected after a long day traveling and another day of traveling ahead), I complained to the Duty Manager the next morning who handeled the complaint satisfactory. It has not put us off staying at the Parkinn (this was our third time) . everything was more than excellent. the timetable for the hoppa bus was not displayed anywhere. food a bit pricey. Nothing. The cost of the restaurant was very expensive and it seemed like you had to pay the full amount for the buffet. Also to ride to the airport was 4 pounds on the bus and I had assumed from the website that it would be a free shuttle provided by the hotel. The restaurant "Bravo, Bravo" is extremely exepensive - even by London standards - a more mid-rage price alternative would suit more people's budget and probably create greater income for the hotel.Pool too warm for laps training, which was reason for booking the hotel. Breakfast finishes at 10am on weekdays despite being told it was 11am when we arrived over the weekend (with no clarification). Bed too hard and pillows to low. Very happy with hotel. Didn't think it was appropriate to be charged to get back and forwards to the airport. Was told there would be free water in the room, however there was none.The duvet was a little small, and the room chilly overnight, which caused us to awaken around 03:40. The separate mattresses of the double bed were a bit too noticeable. The carvery meal was rather expensive (although of good quality). . the line up at the fron desk to check in, 25 minutes.Girl on reception desk questioning my bank notes .because one of my notes was different from the rest of them .then proceeded to tell me she was going to get the money checked . It was a disgrace the way she handled the situation. Yes if she felt that the money had to be checked politely tell the customer I will just go and get you a receipt and check it through the back ..staff need to be trained properly to deal with a situation like this should it happen again . . price to high. Only one pillow per person was an insufficient provision - even thoughit was no problem to have more provided upon request. Hard to find lift for second floor and switch for bedside lights. When using the totally open shower the whole bathroom becomes a pool. Noisiness of rooms next door - ie, clock alarms going off, couldn't getair con room temp lower than 16 degrees which meant room was v stuffy.Also only one choice of restaurant available in August, which washorrendously expensive - £5 for one glass of wine?! Service was eitherover attentive or under whelming and it's always irriating when a'discretionary service charge' is added.Coffee shop service did not reach the level of a four star hotel. Table setting without a napkin? After ordering a soup, and having taken a seat at a table, after some waiting I was asked whether I wish to have the soup now???. Bathroom was a bit tired, could have used extra pillows. Not the fault of the hotel, but the bus from Heathrow to the hotel was not that great - the bus driver was rude and dropped me off three blocks away from the hotel instead of just in front and I was told he would.cash machine wasnt working and had to go out plus thought snacks were very expensive so went over the road to a pub sorry. no breakfast late check in transport to and from hotel to airport expensive £8 per return trip per person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The service charge for the Buffet should have been an easy option for meto make (It was not). The only t hin we would have improved is more snack like items on the small restaurant menu. We were hungry but didn't want a huge meal.Fitness centre is tired.
