Very friendly staff-very clean comfortable and quiet. A pleasant surprise. Would certainly stay there again. Very good deal through letsbookhotel. . Location to Terminal 4, quietness of hotel (windows were soundproof), decor, comfortable bed and sheets.Excellent location ,service and facilities. Everything was on hand for us - when travelling with our two yr old daughter we needed to know that we would be catered for. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The breakfast rolls did not seem really fresh. the fact that so much effort had gone into ensuring that the noise from the bar and restaurant area was not heard in the rooms but noise from the corridor had not been dealt with. It was extremely noisy.My reservation was not in their system which caused difficulties with checking in. It took them quite some time to realize that they had actually received notification but had not processed this to reserve a room for me. No signs to hotel business centre from lobby area.no ocean view. The rooms in this Hilton need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. They tried to charge me for things I didn't use (minibar, room service). Noisy air conditioning in the room, mediocre food, clearly over-priced. 3 star room at 4/5 star rates: loo seat squint and insecure, no facecloth, creaky bed and dreadful mattress (could feel the springs).
