My stay at the Radisson SAS hotel in Manchester Airport was very comfortable. The room was clean and the staff most helpful. I have used this hotel before and will do so again in the future. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.For flying out of Manchester to Australia, this would be without doubtthe most convenient hotel possible. We also received a free upgrade, andthe price paid was equivalent to the best Group Booking Price available.

The hotel room was very comfortable, the staff very friendly, the food superb. I enjoyed my stay very ,uch.Very comfortable. Food superb. It's in an ideal place as we flew out from Terminal 2 and wanted no hassle with having to get shuttle buses from other hotels. The staff were very helpful, and we had a great view of planes taking off and landing! The room was lovely too and the noise was surprisingly minimal.I enjoyed staying in your hotel,food was good, gym was very good. The ease of getting to the terminals without going outside. The quick check in, and the position walk from the hotel onto the plane! We could not have pick a better hotel to say at!!!! Food a little bit pricey.The only thing i didnt like was the fact that we had to pay for the car park,I would think twice again in staying with ye,in ireland when we stay in hotels the car park is free, Also my partner didnt have breakfast the first morning and i did not get a discount????. not so keen on the italian style menu in the restaurant. no breakfest to ekspensive why not take 5 or 10 pound pluss for eatch room for every nigth. disappointedn had to go to nearby hotel to see Man united match. It seemed to need a fresh look. Floors and carpets looked used and old.Although it was a non-smoking room it smelt of stale smoke and made it feel dirty, I will ask for a room that has never been a smoking room if I ever stay again.It is not made clear that you can no longer access Terminals 1 and 3 by foot due to construction - you need to catch the airport shuttle bus, defeating the object!. Food in the Cafe was very poor. There was too much light at night due to airport illumination, there should have been blackout curtains. Not very sign posted within terminals. Expensive for one nights use of a bedroom.Expensive food and drink which was simply not worth the money. Would not use your restaurants again.I booked at letsbookhotel.com a business class with breakfast. Two things I am not happy, 1st, the staff took sometime to find my booking as he said he cannot find my booking reference #. Second I never reliase untill I went to have my breakfast the next day that the staff only put me in their standard room without breakfast.narrow beds. Poor room quality. room was a bit tired. Surley staff, no choice of room when should have been, reception condescending,shower flooded, room service apalling-didn't bring sugar/milk when requested,upon requesting filter coffee, were told it was the same as the 'nescafe' satchets in room and to do ourselves a favour and and save money by making do with what we had.had a no smoking room.but this was at the end of a corridor which was all smoking not a nice experience to walk down. Drinks were really expensive. sister ordered a meal for her son whos 2yrs old it came on a plate that we could not touch it was to hot.This could have been very dangerous as the plate was put in front of my nephew.
