After flying from Terminal 5, Heathrow to Manchester I find my bags were left at Heathrow. My frustration soon subsided with the greeting I recieved from the reception staff at this hotel. The room spacious and very clean.Full mini bar,complimentary water and alcohol, tea and coffee supplied.Free shuttle service running 24hours.Couldnt ask for more.... Excellent hotel, staff and facilites.

The comfort of having your car parked for the week for your return journey after your holiday. The Transfer to and especially from the airport at such a late hour. All the staff where pleasant any helpful. I would reccommend Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport to family and freinds. Thank You. The staff were very efficient and accommodating. We asked to stay in our room for an extra hour or so as we had a connecting flight later that day and they were most helpful. We bioth enjoyed our stay.Lady at check in was extremly helpful. [some items were available after 10.30am] One bed had only one pillow, not a complaint!! Mentioned when checking out.It is not so much as did not like, more of a general criticism.When using the restaurant the bill is to complicated and would be better if simplified. The staff mentioned that we were not the first to find it cluttered.I requested a letter I was expecting (which had apparently not arrived)to be returned to sender - it has not been nor has it been sent on to myhome address. I am about to take this up with the hotel. The service inReception lacked warmth!. when checking in the staff member was not very helpful and we were not informed or offered varios things that other people were offered at check in, however when I revisited the desk and spoke to someone else I found them more helpful!. transfer arrangements in morning very disorganised.
