Staff were fantastic. Really friendly and efficient and interested in making our stay enjoyable.
We thought the apartment was well designed, spotless, well furnished and perfect for a short city break. It was very relaxing.
The facilities were great, eg cooking and washing etc.
The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Edinburgh.
We would not hesitate to stay there again, it's much better value and more enjoyable than a hotel.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment.
There was always staff available even on a Sunday which was unexpected.

Isabel and Harry were the perfect hosts. On our arrival, seeing my husband had a disability our room was immediately changed to a first floor room from a second floor room, without even asking. The apartment complex itself is very secure.
The bedroom was clean, bright and well set out given the limited space.
The bathroom, whilst also small had everything you need and unlike many higher rated accommodation I've stayed in hot water was available at all times and at a constant temp.
The staff were very friendly and helpful especially to the many foreign visitors there for the festival.

This is a clean, friendly guest house. Great value accommodation, good breakfast included, and convenient for buses (which are very good in Edinburgh). Will certainly use again. - You have the feeling that you are being well welcomed. It is very clean and the room was decorated with taste. The stuff of the hotel is very helpful.
