Plenty of space for 2 or 4. BIG bedroom with living room and dining table. Free parking. Laundry in kitchen. Kitchen saved time and money. Close to Tesco. Bus line right out front. Canon Gate has GREAT restaurants and additional bus lines at Canongate go right to the Castle. Walking a couple of blocks away from the city center gives more options to get to the city by bus. The apartment is very located to the city center(10 mins walk). You don't need the car because evrything is at your fingertips. The place is quiet and very close to Tesco supermarket. The apartment was very clean and well provided. Good forniture and wi-fi. Car park is safe and it is near the building.
The flat was clean and pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. It was an easy walk into the city to see the main attractions and there is a supermarket 2 minutes walk away. The flat was warm with a blow fan fire for added warmth quickly if necessary.

The apartments were ideally situated and within walking distance of all attractions. It was a lovely, clean apartment and very good value. There were places to eat and drink and a supermarket was just down the road. Highly recommended.

Nice, well-equiped apartment 15 minutes walk from the city center (Princes Street). Tesco just behind the corner, bus stop even closer. Place was calm, next to the park. Good price for 4 bed apartment near the center.
Location was good -around 10/15 minute walk to town centre and surrounded by pubs, restaurants and shops. Apartment was very spacious and good value for money. Wendy was Very friendly who met us/checked us in.
On arrival the guy who welcomed us was friendly and helpful.
It was central, a leisurely 15 min walk to Edinburgh Playhouse.
The apartment had all the facilities we needed for the weekend.

Loved the location only 20min walk to Princess St. Quiet street, lovely outlook from our apartment at the back. Pub and telco 200yrds. Helpful,friendly man who met us on arrival.

facilities were ideal for family weekend in the city to attend a wedding. A high chair was provided at short notice. Free parking was definitely a plus.

A lot of stairs to climb if you are elderly/disabled and have a lot of luggage (no lift). Internet was tempermental.
Timer heater. Took a while to figure out how they operated.
Minor detail, the internet seemed to drop first thing in the morning...but this is minor.
Strict on the check out time..
I emailed them about my arrival time and they responded. But when I got the place, there was no one there. So I had to call the emergency number of the state agency and let my family waited outside in the cold wind.
What was not to like.
A little bit inconvenient if you don't have a car, but a No.8 Bus
can take you to downtown as well.

Nothing. Toilet leaked but was repaired swiftly.
The carpet had not been cleaned.
The limited hot water is annoying as we have to limit the time of taking
shower for every person so that everyone can get hot water.

The cooker hob took a really long time to heat up making it frustrating when cooking. Would benefit from a new hob.
We couldnt fault the apartment in anyway it was perfect us which was a city break with out needing the car to get around.

Sofa was badly stained. Bathroom had a stench of damp. Temperamental shower nearly scolded daughter. Walls badly scuffed. Kettle broken. Instructions worn from knobs on oven.
Stayed on the top floor but no lift access.
