When I arrived it was a bit far out from nottingham as my grandchildren where going to a concert and the lady behind the desk tryed to move us nearer but it was full they were lovely and friendly so I was more than happy we stayed there. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was good value for money. Also used the car park - at £5 per day, was good value. We had an early flight from East Midlands, so this was a quick overnight stay, good value for money.
all reviews » Location was perfect and was very easy to find. Room was pleasant and cleaned every day adequately. Carpark is secure with exit on keypad only. Some staff were very nice and helpful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had an early morning flight and the gentleman on the front desk was really friendly and got us coffees to take with us. The team were fanrtastic on the night really putting us at the centre of what they do. Katie, Sally, Aaron and Rachel were on duty and made our stay. Great location for airport. Clean well furnished rooms with bar and restaurant on site. It just does what it says - hotel close to airport and M1!. Excellent location for the airport. Air conditioning unit in our room didnt work but staff did fix it and were really helpful!. Nothing it was a great hotel with a really good atmosphere. Shower over bath. Would much prefer just a shower but that's my preference. Restaurant is a bit pricey and with nothing else around it you have no choice but to pay it. Evening staff were not as friendly as they could have been. However, when we departed at 3am, the lady working then was very nice. Can't think of anything as I was only there for one night. Nothing. Very little. N/A. Nothing. It is not in walking distance to the airport. If you have luggage to carry, a 15 minutes walk is a bit too far. Early wake up calls not available. food was a bit expensive. fans in the bathrooms seemed to be on for A long time after switching light off and are rather noisy. Staff could do with a bit more training in Restuarant. nothing. I was due to attend a function on the Saturday afternoon in Melbourne. I arrived ay the hotel well before my check in time however the girl at reception allowed me to us a room to get changed into my suit. The function was at 12.30 in the afternoon. Nothing the accomodation was as i expected, functional and clean. restarant service,no table ready after booking one,table too small for wine cooler,and meals,no gravy,veg selection was green beans,new pot,and sliced fried new pot,no coffee cups to go,and the mattres on the bed was hard. Over priced and breakfast poor. beds, restaurant service,.
