  This is the best hotel I have stayed in at Blackpool. the owners are soooo friendly and helpful, would definitely go there again. It is spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. first class. - The owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and polite. If we asked a question with regard to the area we were given honest information.

  what more could you ask for!!!, Cheap prices, lovely rooms, bathrooms etc, nice friendly bloke (kevin) running things. Only stayed one night but really enjoyed our family stay here, due to having young children and Blackpool's reputation of being the stag/hen capital of the uk we went back early and sat in the bar with kevin having a good old chat... what people say » , drinks are very reasonably priced as well. Had a lovely full english in the morning and there were many other items available as well from cereals t - The hotel was very clean. The food offered was excellent. The owner was a very pleasant man, who made us most welcome. The room was very comfortable and warm. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits supplied in the room. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

  I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Blackpool. I stayed with 6 friends for one night and couldn't fault it. Having travelled plenty and stayed at top hotels I wasn't expecting much for the price we paid and figured it would be somewhere that I would have to grin and bare for one evening. How wrong I was. We arrived late for breakfast and were still made to feel welcome! - we could not find a fault with anything in the guest house maria who runs it could not have been nicer she attended to our every need when we arrived she greeted us in the car park it was not full so she even gave us an extra room at no extra cost which made our stay a lot more comfortable for a family of four herself and bill put on a lovely breakfast every morning for ourselves and the other guests i would recommend it 100%

  It was easy to find.The proprietress and staff were very warm and welcoming. Room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent (both carnivore and vegetarian). It lived up to a 4* B&B rating.

  Owner was friendly and helpful and welcomed us taking our dog with us. Good vaue for money with excellent breakfast. We were made welcome but also allowed to come and go as we liked. Room comfortable - Felt like another home, staff were excellent, it was clean and we were made to feel welcome from the get-go.

  Very friendly couple! The room was a large family room which was comfortable and spacious for all 4 of us! Modern and clean and was worth the money paid! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone with young kids. The bar was also reasonable priced with snacks for the kids. Due to traffic we didn't get to check in until 11, and had to leave early in the morning, very kind lady (didn't get her name) waited for us to arrive, then made sure we got an early breakfast & called us a cab in the morning. The room was just what we needed, tea making facilities, comfy beds, nice hot shower. Excellent value as well.
