  This was a very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Alan could not do enough for us and we will be returning next year. I have been visiting Blackpool for about 10 years and this is the first hotel where I would say I would return. - The friendliness of alan (owner). The quality of the food was excellentnot the usual hotel fare.

  I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Blackpool. I stayed with 6 friends for one night and couldn't fault it. Having travelled plenty and stayed at top hotels I wasn't expecting much for the price we paid and figured it would be somewhere that I would have to grin and bare for one evening. How wrong I was. We arrived late for breakfast and were still made to feel welcome! - we could not find a fault with anything in the guest house maria who runs it could not have been nicer she attended to our every need when we arrived she greeted us in the car park it was not full so she even gave us an extra room at no extra cost which made our stay a lot more comfortable for a family of four herself and bill put on a lovely breakfast every morning for ourselves and the other guests i would recommend it 100%

  It was easy to find.The proprietress and staff were very warm and welcoming. Room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent (both carnivore and vegetarian). It lived up to a 4* B&B rating.

  Owner was friendly and helpful and welcomed us taking our dog with us. Good vaue for money with excellent breakfast. We were made welcome but also allowed to come and go as we liked. Room comfortable - Felt like another home, staff were excellent, it was clean and we were made to feel welcome from the get-go.

  The hotel was clean, fresh and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and the owner, in particular, went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was pleasant. She had a wealth of knowledge about the local amenities and facilities and was more than happy to share that knowledge in recommending places to eat, things to do and also how to ... what people say » make the most of public transport. Superb. - The staff were very friendly, Kate made our stay extremley enjoyable! During our time there we paid for the massages (at an excellent price!!!!) They were brilliant, we would definatley stay again just to have another massage!
