like everytime we were in the lobby, there was a bus out front waiting
for passengers. We took the Stansted Express into London 2 days in a row
and it was extremely easy. One night we got back to Stansted very late
and were pleased to discover the shuttle bus runs until 1 A.M., so we
had no trouble getting back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly.

There was a problem with the bathroom and i was moved to another room immediately without any fuss. Very cold weather and room lodge was lovely and warm and spotlessly clean. What a lovely stay. Was staying overnight as my friend was having a 50th Birthday in the area. Absolutely wonderful room, lovely woman running it - extremely helpful - the bed was to die for - will definitely stay again when in the area. The breakfast was extremely good for the money. All in all you won't be disappointed.
