Transfers from the lodge to the airport can be arranged at the reception upon check in.

There was a problem with the bathroom and i was moved to another room immediately without any fuss. Very cold weather and room lodge was lovely and warm and spotlessly clean. Lovely continental breakfast. Very friendly service. I would highly recommend this lodge. one can get the bus to Stansted Airport for £ 1.20.The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I arrived a couple of hours earlier then I should but they accomodate me anyway. Helped me book taxi to airport and back. Very friendly enviroment and really good value for money. all reviews
Really close to the airport.Nice rooms with under floor heating. When returning to pick up car we went past the other hotel called Desalis Stansted which looked great. Will try that next time. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Generally, we were very
imressed in comparison to other similar cost hotels. i REALLY enjoyed my stay, very friendly, very clean/new, very comfortable! i was not expecting it to be this nice!!. Pick up service at airport and drop off. Friendly enviroment. Really close to the airport with a good shuttle service. The staff were excellent. We were stayed there just for one night, so I can not make impressive decision about whatever, but we were almost satisfied with the bed. It was like in fairytale. We had never slept in so comfortable bed. We were also overslept two set alarm clocks. Everything was fine, thank you! Even I like Marek - the staff ;). Hotel reviews were upsetting, but we were surprised by how organised everything was. Breakfast was good, and served early due to early flight 4.00 am. Pleasant rooms, with a 5 minutes shuttle ride to the airport. A++. I stayed at the Stansted Lodge and they gave us excellent service. Thankyou very much!. Very clean. Excellent service (brought breakfast to my room at 4.30am).very comfortable and large room with large bathroom. the peace and quiet. Should have been at Stansted Lodge but discovered it was closed on saturdays which we were not informed about. However the taxi driver took us to the sister hotel DeSalis and discovered our booking was transferred to there. About same distance to airport and taxi man said it was a nicer hotel anyway. Staff was very kind and helpful.I had a good sleep :).The room was clean, comfortable room and the early breakfast was good.Very nice room in the hotel, very clean.surroundings and peace. nice staff. The staff offered to do our personal laundry the evening we arrived as we had to leave the next AM early and did it for a very reasonable rate.Sri lankan chef was superb.Very friendly staff.Food very reasonable as were the drinks.Continental breakfast available any time. Somewhat noisy fromthe other rooms and the road noise.This is not a complaint at all, but I was surprised to be taken to what seemed like 2 'show-houses', rather than a larger lodge which I had expected. The standard of the 'show-houses' were very good..........I was just surprised it was only 2 houses.The lodge is a bit 'domestic' but clean and comfortable. Same phone no. for room service and booking a meal in the restaurant which caused confusion to both guests and staff, as staff were not sure whether meal was to be taken in restaurant or in room.poor signage to find the hotel. only problem was the shuttle pick up where there was some confusion about where to meet the shuttle so a delay getting to the hotel. The first problem is that it is a house not a hotel and the second problem is that it does not have an obvious sign , so that I had to drive up and down a 3 mile stretch of road trying to find it!. There was no sign on the building, so I felt a little uneasy on arrival as to where the taxi driver was taking me in the late evening.Breakfast items had been allowed to run short - there was no ham, cheese or butter available when I went to the buffet. However, they were speedily provided when I asked for them.No sign outside hotel. Very difficult to find.I booked a room in Stansted Lodge Hotel and i arrived at Airport i booked the Taxi and asked the driver about the hotel.he drove me 20 mins and than we looked for Stansted Lodge Hotel but couldn't found it because the Original name of the Hotel is DeSalis instead of Stansted Lodge.it cost me extra money on taxi and time at 1:00am.very frustrated.
