The service of collecting and returning us to the airport as included in the price, Very much appreciated. The owner was really friendly and helpful. Friendly attitude. The ideal solution for the persons who are the constraint spend one night near stansted. owner in the price of the room offers the transfer from and on the airport. neat, clean, sufficient rooms on spending one / two nights. television sky and free access to internetu wi-fi and the computer at the disposal entertains in the room edible they are the additional trump.comfortable bed. Difficult to locate the building it needs a larger mor prominent sign. Tv didn't work.Some difficulty in contacting owner initially but resolved. needs a woman's touch. we only stayed for one night as we had an early flight the following day but found it difficult to sleep as there was a lot of noise coming from the next room,drilling and knocking sounded as if work was being done,this was until about 10.30pm not happy. Shockingly, there were little black bugs in the bed (that looked like ticks) when I awoke scratching my face arms and legs in the morning. No telephone, no visible internet point, tea boiler in breakfast room poor in delvery and long wait to brew acup of tea - gave up in the morning. No cover oversheet for bed, which assures the duvet is clean and fresh.The owner pick-up was satisfactory, but did not transport me to the airport- he had ordered a taxi from the airport at the agreed time but I had to pay for the journey of £9.We reserved double room + bathroom but we got twin bed and sharedbathroom. Shared bathroom was not cleaned very well. No tv (it wasin the room but not working), no chairs, no furniture, anything buttwin bed... Airport transfer: can't get info by email, just a phone number that I had to call many times (I spent more than 15 euros) to reach the picking point and to wait for more than an hour after midnight. Wireless internet access not available at my arrival. Any credit card accepted, just cash. I had to go around next morning looking for a working ATM machine wasting a lot of time and loosing my coach.Pick up service. Payment issues (I had already given company credit card details to the proprietor, but colleague had to pay cash as proprietor claimed room had not been paid for and later that he had no credit card facilities. No receipt given even though asked for. Room facilities (no bedside table or lamp). Unclean. Plus other minor issues. Actually, the hotel was closed when I arrived and I was not admitted to the hotel despite several phonecalls etc The information about the phone numbers having been changed arrved a day after my booking. i had to use another bed and breakfast.
