    Very helpful reception staff including the duty manager Thomaz I think? Helped us to our room as we had to carry our sleeping child. Was very helpful on the phone and friendly and nothing was too much trouble!! Also lady in the morning on the reception was helpful and lady at breakfast helpful and friendly towards us and our son. And best omelette... what people say » ever eaten!!! - Excellent staff, I was alone with my 2 yr old boy and felt very looked after. The staff were extremely helpful and always willing to give little man a smile and a little chat. Will def stay again. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay. And excellent black out curtains little man slept in until 8:30 I haven't had a lie in like that for a long long time!! : )

    loved eating our morning and evening dinner and going down on the beach was so relaxing and calm was lovely riding along on my motability scooter with my husband to adventure land was lovely n quiet n very peaceful - The staff were very helpful and on hand at any time day or night.     Very Friendly Staff, who were very helpful. I liked that there was a place to have breakfast, on site, without having to go to the Harvester next-door. I liked the ability to adjust the heating in my room as it was a very cold month for the month of April in the uk. The bed was super comfortable! With warm duvets. I like also the way you can take alcoholic beverages to your room from the harvester if you want to. - Location, super friendly staff, plenty of parking spaces, ice machine, breakfast (excellent), very clean, well designed rooms. My husband, daughter, son-in-law and myself were all very happy with our stay.

    All staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a drink in Hubb's bar and felt very relaxed. We have stayed, at the Ramada Encore three times now whilst visiting my daughter in Rochester. The hotel is modern, very clean and within easy reach for visiting local areas of interest. We will stay there again on other visits to see my daughter. Thanks. ... what people say » - Very friendly welcome. Everything was new and very comfortable. Power shower was superb. A great setting in Chatham's Historic Dockyard. There was also tea and coffee making in the room, even though the website hadn't mentioned this.
