The staff were always helpful and put themselves out to help, without being pushy. The Hotel is well maintained and if in the area I would stay there again - Clean, tidy and comfortable room, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was superb!

Very Good value for money. Close to the mall which has everything from Costa coffee to M&S. Restaurants close by. Easy to walk with my 4 year old son. Very close to the water and there is a lovely park across the road. Central heating so we were warm all night. We stayed in December. -

Very helpful reception staff including the duty manager Thomaz I think? Helped us to our room as we had to carry our sleeping child. Was very helpful on the phone and friendly and nothing was too much trouble!!

As we travelled there on motorbikes they allowed us to store the bikes in a secure locked rear yard. - Very friendly staff, the hotel was clean and comfortable.
