A budget friendly hotel in a great location. The hotel is located in the
heart of the old city, about 5 min walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia
Sofia, Basilica Cistern, etc. The tram station is also a few minutes

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff.
The locations is GREAT - 2 min walk to Aya Sofia and Sultanahmet Camii, 5 min walk to Gulhane Park, 10 min walk to Galata Bridge. The tram station is also a few minutes walk.
The rooms are clean and quiet. Possibility to parking the car. Working WiFi.
We will definitely go back to Anadolu Hotel when we are back in Istanbul.

We are 3 friends and stayed in this hotel for a week in May'13.
Location is really perfect. This hotel is best for a city-trip. It's 5 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue Moscue. Tram station is also not so far.
The building is a historic one, after the restoration. Living in a tradition house is a special experience for travelers.
Staff is extremely kind and helpful!
Breakfast is quite simple but absolutely enough to start your day in Istanbul!

Omer the owner was a excellent host. We had the apartment at 4 th floor and were carrying a big luggage. There is no elevetor but this is not a problem he carried our luggage to our apartment and looked like this was very easy for him. He also arranged the transportation to airport at the end of our trip for reasonable price. The location is really good. The only thing is there is a big hill on the eminonu direction. Location - Only a few minutes walk from the blue mosque and another few minutes will take you to Ayasofya and other major attractions. There was a mosque too right next to our room, but only for males.
Market - we arrived on Wednesday and there was a market selling fruit, vegetables, cheeses and much more. A good way to save on food!
They provide a small gas burner and basic cutlery, you might want to bring a small pocket knife.
