  First the location of the hotel is great (city center, major attractions close to hotel). Second the hotel staff is really friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is fine as well. - The staff was very helpfully.The room was small, and since we don't like them, we were mooved to a suite without extra cost.Thanks.

  Everything was so perfect. A hotel that everyone would dream of. Victoria, the Ukrainian girl, was one of the staff who was showing and telling us about all the available activities in the hotel and I can say the hotel is lucky to find someone like her where I never experience any brilliant way of dealing with customers the same way she was dealin... what people say » g with us. We were in out honeymoon and we really liked it and would like to visit the hotel again. Thanks Shangrila and thanks Victoria. - The interior was beautiful. Staff gave great service. The massage in the Chi SPA I had was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. Good room service. Great view on the Bosphorus. Rooms very nice, good balcony. We stayed in Premium Suite.
