the memory foam matress and pillows - the huge whirlpool bath the swimming pool was amazing and the chandelier in the entrance!!. Excellent breakfast, fantastic memory foam mattress, lovely staff. Big size of room and bathroom, comfortable beds. Reception were very friendly and helpful. Facilities Location. I liked the hotel style and decorations, the spacious room, the wide beds, the comfortable mattress and pillows, the safe, and the cleaners dedication. Good WiFi signal. I found the TV sound connection in the bathroom as entertaining !.
all reviews » I liked the place of the hotel and the building itself. Nothing لا شيء. the hotel reception were hopeless they charged all 3 rooms to my card before we had even checked in! they were quite unhelpful and struggled with English there were lots of lightbulbs missing in the hotel so areas were very dark - the breakfast was very poor for a 5 star I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Rooms a little dated and jacuzzi jets a little grubby but once flushed through with a little disinfectant were fine. We had to remember staff every day to give us towels and cosmetics for third person in room. Floor in room and bathroom was not enough clean. They inform us 10 minutes before that police is coming to shut down the hotel on the 21 Nov 2013!!!, We had been there since the 19 Nov for one week holiday. Also they knew before, but no arrangement had been done, We had to stay in the lobby trying to find another hotel to continue our 5 days vacation. The first room offered to me was noisy with some uninterrupted humming machinery noise. I could not sleep. It was very annoying. Eventually I was given a different, albeit smaller but much quiet room. The spa was not functioning in my tub !! Expensive for the services offered. Not well located close to points of interest. Breakfast was not more than 3 stars, unprofessional Hotel management, lausy service, restaurant offers not good, Room Service without price lists, bars without assortment, barkeepers without knowledge. The hotel pretends that it is *****, but the service is really bad. Even people on the reception have very very bad English, they simply do not understand. The cleaning is poor, for three days the mirror in the bathroom (shower section) had not been cleaned. Every morning in the corridor there was a really bad smell. The breakfast is very poor, I mean the variety and the quality, had it only one day. مزعج noisy It cant be a 5 star hotel اقل من 5 نجوم Dirty furniture and filthy smell رائحة نتنة واثاث متسخ Location is bad الموقع سيء In general don't book this hotel بشكل عام لا تحجز هذا الفندق. The smill of the bathroom was disaster, horrible.
