Location - there's probably no better location in the new part of Istanbul. The hotel is literally 3 minutes talk from Taksim square, which is where all transportation go through. It is 1 minute walk from the awesome Istiklal street - which is full of shops, restaurants and clubs. But! It's located in a small street near it, so there's no noise coming in. Elizabeth was great!!! There is a cage downstairs when she hang out. So you just call them and they will be waiting for u with the keys.
The location is awesome! Literally 1 min from the Main Street and 15 min slow walk from the buses stop.
The apt is really modern and has everything you need.
The only downside is that there's no lift so 5th floor we stayed at is a bit hard to reach after a night out.

I had a delightful surprise staying at the Taksim Star; very impressed by the room, soft yet crisp sheets; the bathroom was really clean, too!! The entire room was designed remarkably, very stylish and ingenious use of space. Very helpful, friendly and courteous staffs, and the location could not be better, near everything. -

Excellent location! Friendly stuff, who also manage the Cookpoint restaurant. We had a breakfast there once, very delicious! The room was nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, cold fridge, good shower and the wifi worked well. Terrace on the roof was small and a bit messy, but good enough to relax for a while. It was really being an amazing stay at cookpoint.. You will find pubs, restaurants, bars, barber shops, taxi, metro and above all heart of the city taksim just 200 m away... You will find nice people around who are really friendly... Hotel clean and bathroom was a bit small but it was cleans... Room was awesomely designed... It's a nice kitchen where you can cook or make a coffee... I will give 10/10... Keep it up

Wow...I Originaly booked the place for one night and then had to stay
extra two days! Right in the heart of Istanbul and the night life of
Istiklal Cadesi(street) yet is in a quite area, dont be taken by the
look of the street, inside is a whole diffrent ball game!! Modern and
clean with a little kitchenette, Free Wifi and the best part of it all

From check in to check out there haven't been any reason to complain.

They accepted our requests (we had crazy arrival and departure times) and informed us about the things to see in the city and how the transportation system worked.
