  A brand new property with very helpful and genuinely earnest staff. The rate is excellent at the moment too for a hotel of this high quality. A small but very nice indoor pool and spa area are a great bonus after a long hot day. The complimentary bottles of water and tea/coffee facilities in the room were very welcome indeed, as these are usual... what people say » ly not standard in lots of hotels in Turkey. - Everything! The facilities are simply superb, the staff extremely friendly, courteous and very helpful. A very relaxed atmosphere. All the modern conveniences and only a hop, skip and jump to shops, bars, restaurants and interesting sights by foot or short taxi ride - I would stay there again and highly recommend the Radisson Blu to anyone seeking excellent accommodation in Istanbul.

Victoria, the Ukrainian girl, was one of the staff who was showing and telling us about all the available activities in the hotel and I can say the hotel is lucky to find someone like her where I never experience any brilliant way of dealing with customers the same way she was dealin... what people say » g with us. The massage in the Chi SPA I had was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. Good room service. Great view on the Bosphorus. Rooms very nice, good balcony. We stayed in Premium Suite.
