Our host was very polite, he was helping us from the beginning with bringing our suitcases (we were 5 girls so it was not easy to carry all our staff:)), everything what we asked him, he was explaining and double checking afterwards to give us more information. The apartment itself is very comfortable for 5 people, centrally located (near shopping street, great bars and clubs) - The hotel was in very good location. The stuff was very kind, Murat, the owner, was very helpful, give us all needed information. We stayed 5 persons in two bedroom apartment, and the apartment was very comfortable, clean. It is great for young people, close to istikal street, taksim, all good location to see and visit. We definetly would stay in this hotel.

  We liked everything! Not a single complaint. Excellent location, very good spa facilities for such not big hotel in the center, design interior, very good breakfast, staff very supportive. The manager (owner) was coming to monitor the hotel activities almost every day, we were seeing him at breakfast, very proactive indeed! - Excellent quality of s... what people say » ervice. I got a free upgrade to a rooftop suite. Very comfortable rooms. Beatris at the reception was particularly very helpful and efficient. I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean - the room was cleaned everyday. We have stayed for 4+2nights. There are a lot of things to see in Istanbul and night life is one of them. Breakfast was good. A small but very nice indoor pool and spa area are a great bonus after a long hot day. The facilities are simply superb, the staff extremely friendly, courteous and very helpful. A very relaxed atmosphere. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!

It is very close to İstiklal Street but it is located in very secure region of Taksim. The room was very well appointed, real boutique hotel style.
