The location was great with easy access to shopping, restaurants, the Bosphorus, transport etc. It is away from the old city so is less touristy which I liked. The two-bedroom apartment is suitable for friends as well as families with children. Everything in the apartment worked fine. The garden is really nice with a beautiful see view. I communicated with Deniz in English and he arranged everything that was needed.

receptionist changed the room from floor two to seven with a nice view
and also we received a gift (bowl fruits and drinks . the most
interesting thing is unlikely of other hotels in Istanbul no one ask us

DIVAN Istanbul is perfectly central, 3 minutes walk to Istiklal Caddesi and a 8 minute walk to the Dolmabahçe Palace and Bosphorus. While a hotel in an ideal location is not necessarily a good hotel, this hotel is close to ideal as it is luxurious, affordable with friendly and helpful staff. Made our stay in Istanbul memorable. Moreover, it has a good gymn, indoor swimming pool and a spa.
