We've stayed in the hotel to make a wedding celebration. As soon as we had quite limited time for preparation, we put a lot of hopes on hotel to support us with arrangements. The hotel and personnel have exceeded our expectations. All our needs and wishes were carefully listened and supported as much as they could, including free of charge room upgrade to the suite with a Bosporus view. All arrangements were done perfectly and right on time. No headache at all. It was extra-positive experience .

We were there at the time of the Taksim square demonstrations so traffic-wise it was a bit complicated to get in and out. When one evening an employee gave us some bad taxi recommendation based on which our trip was way longer than necessary, they did everything the next day to make up for it and even provided us transp. from the outdoor the staff was very friendly , the smell was very nice and lobby is very comfortable and relaxing , the reception staff are very cooperative and friendly everything was just wonderful , the room was excellent amazing view , the spa is just superb , the 3 kinds of massage I had was so perfect the relaxing room has a wonderful Bosphorus view , everything just excellent and amazing it was one of the best hotel I ever stay in . During my stay in the hotel there were protesters activities happened to be surrounding the hotel area in which the hotel did everything needed for the convenient of their guests and even gone beyond in supporting us and they try their best to facilitate and overcome the obstacles caused by the difficult situation in Taxim area all around the hotel. Thank you to the management & staff of the Intercontinental Hotel. The Bosphorous view was beautiful Swiming pool along with Sauna bath and steam bath were very good Breakfast was very good Staff was highly co-operative and taking care with smile. Good place to stay with reasonable price s. Nearby many restaurants, shops. Close to public transportaion stations. Lovely ontop restaurant with great live music, quality food. Brilliant staff who were polite, pleasant and very efficient. Location was good, although there was a lot of construction work going on while we were there. Furniture is old and the bed not comfortable for me. The hotel is located in a very noisy area. It is very difficult to sleep at night. Not all staff speak English very well which is important in a major tourist city.
