The staff were excellent. CONFIDENTIAL: We would like to recognize the following staff for their exeptional service to us: - Nagehon at the Grand Club. Negahon was professional and gracious. She was attentive and remembered what we liked. - Can who was also gracious and pleasant. - Ilkyaz who checked us in. Ilkyaz was professional and welcoming. This was much appreciated after 21 hours of travel. She advised we take the executive package (no pressure) and it turned out to be an excellent sugge.
all reviews » We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service impeccable. The rooms were very nice with everything you would need in a room. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The concierge staff were amazing, any request was done without hesitation. Would definitely go back there . although it was not a good time to visit istanbul due to protest around the hotel in Gazi Park, but the hotel is perfect, nice and clean room, helpful staff, nice pool and restaurant. everything was perfect, compare to other apartments who calls themselves hotel, it was really nice luxury hotel in Istanbul. - Very friendly staff. - 5 minutes walk to Taksim. - Very helpful Concierge, planed trips for me with the best concern in price and entertainment. - A/C Heaters worked great. - Water pressure and heaters worked great. - Relaxing enviroment. Everytime we come to Istanbul (at least once a year) we stay at this hotel. It is was of bedą hotel in Istambul. Breakfast was really Good. Always could be better but It was delicious. Location is close to Taksim Square. We noticed there a lot policemen. Anyway there were safety. My wallet was stolen very near the hotel and the staff of the hotel were excellent in assisting me in contacting my credit card company and canceling my cards. Location was great just few steps to metro and taqsem square, stuff r great except housekeeping , a lot of tv Chanel's, nice big bathroom , good food. Hotel is amazing with welcoming and behavior of Mr Rudy that i reflected before The reception helps everyone kindly as we are ladies with children. Noise from road. - it is a bit expensive according to it's location that don't have sea view - the trips of their travel agency are so expensive so you can do it by your self - Don't take the agencies they recommend to you , they are rude although the hotel is not responsible for that but i told them not to recommend another travel agency. Hotel staff a bit insensitive. Especially check in. Told them I was there for my 25th marriage anniversary. Did not have any impact. Wanted a candle light dinner organised for which I was prepared to pay. Concierge refused. Good hotel with no soul. The way reception debits the client credit card without asking. Nothing. expinsive. The air-conditioning was not cooling! One of the Concierges was not professional enough!. No variety of food in breakfast & snacks. Nothing. They didn't have indoors swimming pool. My credit card being charged without my permission.
