The interior was beautiful. Staff gave great service. The massage in the Chi SPA I had was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. Good room service. Great view on the Bosphorus. Rooms very nice, good balcony. We stayed in Premium Suite.

The concierge, both Mr Alp and Mr Jim were extremly helpful in providing plans and maps regarding the best in istanbul. Overall hotel was good, clean and located near Kabatas tram station. Most of staff spoke English. Stayed there for 2 days but I was mostly out for sightseeing. Good value for money for tourists. -

We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service impeccable. The rooms were very nice with everything you would need in a room. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The concierge staff were amazing, any request was done without hesitation. Would definitely go back there .

I read in the description 80 sq. meters, and the apart. did not even have 50!! Total rip off, extremely noisy, even at night, would not stay there ever again!
