  The staff were wonderful and so friendly and keen to give information about how to find places in Istanbul, couldn't be better. Hotel modern and well designed, very pleasant breakfast area with outside sitting area looking over small park in a quiet cul de sac. Also only 7 minutes from tram and 10 mims from metro to large shopping centre and airpo... what people say » rt. Area very non touristy, a business and small hotel area, many foreigners but not from UK which was good! A very enjoyable stay. Very good value fo - I liked the courtesy of hotel staff esp the hotel manager, ambience of hotel, breakfast buffet offered by hotel every morning. During our check- out the reception staff was very helpful and even kept our stuff in the luggage room as our flight was in the evening. The location of the hotel was next to a street connecting Aksaray station but in a quiet place next to a garden with play area for kids. I will definetly recommend others to stay at this hotel.

  They gave us very nice and big room with balcon. The staff were very cooperative. Breakfast very nice. I like the hotel too much and would like to stay there again. Also the location is very good.   We stayed only a night at the hotel and did not have time to see hotels facilities and services. But rooms were confortable and staff were good. - Nice big rooms with clean carpets and furniture. Very nice bathroom.

  We really stayed very short at the hotel (about 10 hrs) and there are no major likes or dislikes. As far as we observe, personnel very kind and helpful and rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is literally "one step away" from shopping outlets.
